Provided advisory and technical support for finalization of second PEFA Assessment Report, 2015; second PFM reform action plans; reform strategy and programme for phase two; development of internal control system and integrated SPFM-III project document.
Developed appropriate PFM tool for local government use to collect revenue, prepare and execute budgets and keep accounts for expenditure.
