Developed a customized computerized Integrated Financial Management Information System (IFMIS) for the Budget Division of MoF, Line Ministries and Financial Comptroller General Office (FCGO). The system created four integrated modules for the budget preparation, budget execution and financial reporting– Financial Management Information System (FMIS), District Expenditure and Control System (DECS), Budget Management Information System (BMIS) and Line Ministry Budget Information System (LMBIS).
A Tax Revenue Exemptions Study and a Tax Policy Reforms Study had been conducted for the Ministry of Finance, providing recommendations for a holistic policy approach to achieve reforms in the tax revenue system of Nepal.
