TEAM Consult conducted a rapid assessment of progress in institutional, quality and equity targeting objectives of the program by evaluating the implementation of policies and strategies of BPEP II, together with the impact of these measures at the school and community levels. We also assessed the program and budget of the BPEP II for FY 1999/2000 and FY 2000/2001 and examined its achievements.
