TEAM Consult assessed the effect of government and non-government development interventions on the socio-cultural and economic conditions of dalits, with a focus on gender sensitivity. The study culminated in policy recommendations to increase the impact of interventions based on interviews with 5,198 respondents from 18 districts (all five development regions).
