In consortium with Crown Agents, TEAM implemented a programme providing FCDO and the Government of Nepal with technical advice to reduce fiduciary risk in FCDO-funded projects through fiduciary risk assessments and financial reporting. It also helped several ministries and government entities to implement the Financial Management Improvement Plan to improve public expenditure and financial accountability of the government of Nepal at the national and sub-national level.
In consultation with the FCGO and the Ministry of Finance, we developed and rolled out the Sub-National Treasury Regulatory Application (SuTRA) which is web-based planning, budgeting and accounting application for the local and province level in Nepal which aids in accounting, financial reporting and budgeting consolidated funds.
