TEAM Consult developed a work plan for the implementation of activities, with a focus on PFM, under the DFID-funded and UNDP-supported governance of climate finance project. The project aimed to integrate climate change into budget formulation at the national and sub-national levels and help institutions track and report on climate change expenditures.
