TEAM Consult, in association with HTSPE Limited, facilitated the implementation of this programme and provided advisory support to improve the livelihood and reduce the vulnerability of the rural poor through agricultural growth benefiting poor producers, agriculture workers and consumers. The programme aimed to increase the access of rural communities to agricultural services, promote poor and excluded participatory processes and strengthen central- and district-level capacities to bolster agriculture-based opportunities.
