TEAM Consult assessed the effectiveness of the investment made through the Social Security Allowance Program by examining the use and sufficiency of the money distributed to elder groups and the reliability of the distribution (actual recipient, distribution time, amount and location of delivery and actual spender). Our study identified problems in reliability and effectiveness and possible solutions, as well as recommendations for simplifying the allowance distribution process.
