TEAM Consult was subcontracted by Oxford Policy Management Ltd. (OPM) to oversee the implementation of Government of Nepal’s Agricultural Perspectives Plan (APP). We managed procurement of services and commodities and facilitated training programs, seminars and workshops, specificically related to strengthening Monitoring, Analysis and Policy Development in the Fertilizer Sector.
