TEAM Consult helped the Ministry of Federal Affairs and Local Development scope out activities of the International Climate Fund component under phase 2 of the LGCDP. We also identified districts for implementation in close consultation with various ministries and the BEK/DFID and clarified project components, activities, implementation timeframe and project operation and reporting modalities and mechanisms at the central and local level.
