TEAM Consult, in association with WYG International, developed and implemented the Integrated Financial Management Information System (IFMIS), implemented a new budget classification system, introduced a new project management system for ministries, implemented a new coding system, and upgraded the system of Revenue Accounting System (RAS), District Expenditure and Control System (DECS), Financial Management Information System (FMIS), Budget Management Information System (BMIS) and Line Ministry Budget Information System (LMBIS). We also provided training and transfer of knowledge on the system to the end users throughout the project.
Later, we additionally developed a module integrated within the Financial Management Information System (FMIS) to manage the accounting and reporting functions of the District Treasury Controller Office under the Treasury Single Account (TSA) system. This enabled better control of government financial resources, better cash management of all government funds and an improved public financial reporting system.
