TEAM Consult, in collaboration with Crown Agents provided technical advice for the development of a sectoral PFM reform plan, creating the space for stand- alone PFM reforms or supporting the development of comprehensive PFM reform/action plans in key sectors. We implemented stand-alone or sectoral reform/action plans to improve public expenditure and financial accountability in Nepal. We also analysed the government’s public financial systems to highlight risks and areas of concern and worked out mitigation measures with relevant government counterparts to reduce risk in UK and Nepal government funding in priority sectors.
