TEAM Consult, in consortium with Louis Berger were able to successfully provide advisory and technical support to strengthen the Line Ministry Budget Information System of the Ministry of Finance (MoF) with an aim to improve the government’s budget planning and execution capacity. We also assisted in improvement of the control environment and procurement capacity of the Ministry of Health, Ministry of Education, National Reconstruction Authority and the PEFA Secretariat.
